Me Time
Photograph by Frank James
March 4, spring is in the air, it's warm too.
It's midweek so most people are at work, the kids are in school and the beach offers relief from the distractions and stresses of every day life plus the tide's in my favour - I walk the miles, thinking about nothing and caring about even less.
