Replacement Request

Since every order is a custom masterpiece, we do not accept returns unless the error was on our end. It is important to prepare your print so that you get the results you expect. Our ordering wizard will guide you through the process of ordering your print but here are some things you should keep in mind:

  • Make sure your image has the correct color profile attached to it. The 2 most common profiles are sRGB and adobe 1998. If you do not have a color profile attached to your image, your results might look a bit differently than they appear on your screen.
  • Our ICC profiles are among the best in the industry. With that said, there are many factors that come into play when dealing with colors. Colors will always appear slightly different on your screen than they do in person, especially if your monitor is not calibrated.
  • Make sure to inspect your Print as soon as you receive it. Check for any damage just in case we need to send a replacement, we will be able to have one out to you as soon as possible.

If your print arrived damaged upon delivery, please use the below form to attach up to 5 photos on the damaged print. Please include at least 3 pictures of the actual damage on the print showing a close up of the damage, a distant photo showing the entire print with damage and 2 images of the actual damage to the packaging. This is so we can process the claim with FedEx. Please do not discard of the damaged print until you receive your replacement.
