Warranty Information for Metal Prints

Limited Warranty

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our metal prints. Each print is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure that it meets our high standards for quality. While we do our best to minimize any defects compared to our competitors, it is important to note that minor imperfections can occur. People often assume metal prints are entirely defect-free, but slight dimples, subtle texturing, or small pinholes in the coating are natural occurrences in the production process of the metal. These minor defects do not affect the overall quality or durability of the print.

We offer the following warranty to guarantee your satisfaction:


What We Cover:

Print Condition Upon Arrival
Your metal print will arrive free of major defects, including scratches, dents, or chipping. If the print is significantly damaged upon arrival, contact us and we will offer you replacement options.

Longevity of the Print
We guarantee that your print will not fade for up to 60 years, provided it is displayed in indoor conditions with exposure to only window light. This warranty does not cover standard surface finish prints exposed to direct sunlight or outdoor environments. EXT prints last up to 10 years in direct sunlight and outdoor weather conditions.

Peeling or Bubbling of the Coating
We guarantee that the protective coating on your print will not peel or bubble over time. If such issues occur under normal indoor conditions, we will replace the print.

Mount Adhesion
The mount on your metal print is designed to securely hold onto the back of your print. If the mount falls off under normal usage and this damages the print, we will replace it.


What We Do Not Cover:

Minor Imperfections
As noted, slight dimples, minor texturing, or small pinholes in the coating are natural occurrences in dye sublimation aluminum and are not covered under this warranty. These minor variations are rare but not unheard of in metal prints. We do our best to maintain high quality prints and reject all low quality pieces of metal.

Damage After Delivery
Once the print has been successfully delivered, our warranty does not cover any damage that occurs thereafter, including but not limited to:

  • Scratches, dents, or chipping caused by improper handling or installation.
  • Damage caused by environmental factors such as direct sunlight, moisture, or outdoor conditions.
  • Any other form of wear and tear resulting from customer use.

If any damage occurs after delivery, we encourage you to contact us to discuss possible repair options, though these may not be covered under the warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If your print arrives damaged or you experience any issues covered under our warranty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your print. You will need to provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Photos of the damaged product.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will guide you through the next steps for replacement or repair.
