Pt. Conception Orca
Photograph by Jeff Gomas
While working in California, we were fortunate to have a family pod of Orcas swim by while hunting abundant Sea Lions near San Miguel Islands. They had caught a Harbor Seal and were about to eat it! This teenage Orca was with the Alpha male and a female, both probably his parents!
