Our Ancestral Home
Photograph by Peter Blond
In the Iliad (Book 9),[3] Homer cites Kardamyli as one of the seven cities offered by Agamemnon to Achilles as a condition to rejoin the fight during the Trojan War. The village preserves its ancient name.
That make the village prosperous 3,100 years ago. There are maybe 40 residents in the winter. My dad and my Mom's villages are in the surrounding mountains with these views. We still have the ancestral home.
It is a 1 GB+ panorama with a Gigapan with about 500 post processed images.
