Majesty in Motion

Tucked into the lush forests of Oregon's McDowell Creek Falls Park, Majestic Falls is a beautiful display of the power and elegance of moving water. Its cascading waters, moss-covered rocks, and vibrant green foliage create a scene that feels almost magical.
Photographing the falls came with its challenges. Heavy mist filled the air, and the dense forest canopy created low-light conditions. I chose a low, wide-angle perspective to emphasize the depth of the scene, using the flowing water in the foreground to draw the viewer's eye toward the falls while capturing the beauty of the surrounding forest. I wanted the photograph to convey not just the waterfall itself, but the experience of being immersed in this lush, vibrant landscape.
I titled the image *Majesty in Motion* to reflect the contrast between the powerful, constantly moving water and the timeless beauty of the forest surrounding it.
