Storm in Paradise

This photograph was taken on a sunny afternoon and features a classic squall line with roiling thunderstorm clouds towering high above and moving east toward the northeast Florida Atlantic coastline. The stark contrasts between the rich blue sky, dark roiling clouds, and vibrant green along a wide open deserted expanse of sandy coastline and sea all poignantly marked with a subtle trail of solitary footprints leading away from the maelstrom make for a dramatic yet immersive scene.
